The idea & vision behind EARLIEBIRDIE
The EARLIEBIRDIE Health Mirror
"For there is no such thing as health in itself, and all attempts to define a thing in that way have lamentably failed. It is necessary to know your aim, your horizon, your powers, your impulses, your errors, and especially the ideals and fantasies of your soul, in order to determine what health implies even for your body. There are consequently innumerable kinds of physical health."

THE EARLIEBIRDIE HEALTH MIRROR
Assessing Men’s Health at home - Can it be done? If yes, how?
EARLIEBIRDIE is a personal health “mirror” which allows you to monitor your state of health using standard questionnaires (like BMI and pain-scale), as well as our new, specially-developed Screening Tools. Not so much self-diagnosis as rather a signal, similar to the early warning system in your car. The red signal recommends that you consult a doctor, while the green light signifies your personal health. By writing down your measured parameters, you can check your current values against your baseline data, so that any changes are readily apparent, and you will be able to easily keep track of them.
The Screening Tools are not meant as a substitute for normal medical check-ups. See your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. EARLIEBIRDIE helps you take care of your personal health. There are innumerable kinds of diseases (the doctor’s responsibility), and also numerous kinds of Health. Look after yourself - your health and sanity – using our Screening Tools. It’s your responsibility. Stay healthy with their help. Glance at the EARLIEBIRDIE Health Mirror once a week. Good luck!
